Hi! My name is Mark Lotter. I’m a designer, mentor and creative problem solver. I've had experience working as a designer, manager and mentor for in-house design groups and design consultancies. I've even co-founded a consultancy of my own. I like to find new and interesting problems and help others grow. I put people at the center and bring the right design approach to help teams create meaningful change. I’m most passionate about strategy, customer research, information architecture and defining the right problems to solve.
